CRITERIA
The criteria to include sites in this SHOPPING AND SERVICES listing would be the following:
1- Vegan sites, or with an offer aimed at vegans, or that at least offer «significant» purchase or services options for vegans.
“Significant” means that it is something relavante in the context of the other options offered by this site, or relevant in the context that we move.
2- The lists don’t include sites that DO NOT offer something for vegans, although it has many options for vegetarian or other collectives. But this information would appear as something complementary to the main information about the options for vegans that it offers. I make an exception with those establishments or services that, even though it do not have specific options for vegans, I think they may be of interest (they are included in the «other» section)
3- The supply of options for vegans must start from the site, at the initiative of the site, and not at the request of the consumer. In other words, I do not include those establishments that only offer options for vegans on request of the consumer.
4- In the area of purchases for food, any store or supermarket could be included in the list (since anyone sells some fruit, etc), making the list endless, impractical and far from the objectives of this list, by what I will focus on those establishments or services that offer options for vegans and also be ecological. It does not include large supermarkets or large distributors (such as Eroski, Mercadona, Lydl, Carrefour, etc, etc) because nowadays almost all have some options for vegans and/or ecological options.
MEANING OF SYMBOLS

VGN: «Vegan». Place or business that is against the exploitation of the animals, and consequently offers vegan or 100% vegetable options, and does not use products of animal origin in this or other aspects of the business: furniture, clothing, etc. |

VGTRN: «Their options are suitable for vegans». Business or non-vegan service, but their options are suitable for vegans. In feeding, «Vegetarian» (strictly). Place or business that offers a 100% vegetable food (for gastronomic, health, environmental, etc. reasons), though does not follow the precepts of veganism in this or other aspects of business: furniture, clothing, etc. |

OLA-V: «Many vegan options.» Business or service NOT vegan, non-vegetarian, etc .; with many options for vegans. There is no sacrifice of animals, but exploitation of them, since they use animal derivatives (beeswax, wool, milk, etc.). In feeding, «Ovo/Lacto/Api-Vegetarian». Place or business that offers 100% vegetable options, plus options with animal products (eggs and/or milk and/or apiculture products). Animals are not consumed. |

O+V: «Omnivore with several vegan options». Establishment (Non-vegan / Non-vegetarian / No OLA-V) with several options aimed at the vegan consumer, although as an omnivore they also offer services, products, etc., which imply exploitation and consumption of animals. In feeding, «Omnivore with 100% vegetable options». Place or business in which animals and animal products are consumed, where there is also a wide range of 100% vegetable options, and prominent mention in their advertising, menu, etc. |

OMN: «Basically Omnivore». (No vegan / No vegetarian / No OLA-V) with some option for vegan consumers, although as an omnivore they basically offer services, products, etc., which imply exploitation and consumption of animals. |

OT: «Others». Business or service without specific options for vegans, but which may be of your interest, for offering ecological, fair trade, ethical, protest, etc. options. |
