El Trasgu Fartón, restaurante del Centro Asturiano de Vitoria (C/ Julián de Arrese, 1), tiene una parrillada de verduras con alioli y un cachopo vegano que consiste en pencas de acelga rellenas de “morcilla” veggie, manzana verde, nueces y cremoso de queso vegano; rebozado en tempura vegana, cerveza y panko.

En el Virgen Blanca tienen también los siguientes platos vegetarianos en su carta:
– Bocadillo de berenjena, rellena de fritada de verduras y gorgonzola.
– Tabulé oriental con champiñones, piquillos, aguacate y aliño de guacamole.
– Hamburguesa Heura con brotes verdes, calabacín y berenjena plancheadas, cebolla caramelizada, queso vegano y veganesa de remolacha.
– Hamburguesa Heura con brotes verdes, calabacín, berenjena, cebolla caramelizada, cheddar y edam.

Hola Addy. Entiendo que el bocadillo con gorgonzola y la hamburguesa con cheddar no son veganos sino vegetarianos. Y el tabulé y la hamburguesa con queso vegano sí son veganos, no?

Hola, fui al bar la Ilíada de Vitoria, pedí un sándwich vegano y ha sido la peor experiencia vegana que he tenido. Pone que lleva champiñones , lechuga, pimiento verde , cebolla…no puedo poner en palabras el sabor de aquello, al ser de bote todo, no aliñado y sin lavar que era unos trozos de x, pero no lechuga fresca, al no tener aceite, es que no os puedo, de verás , el sabor que tenía a ascórbico de bote, lo dejé, por otro lado, lo que suele pasar cuando ponen patatas, en sitios que no son veganos, pues que saben a jamón, carne o lo que sea que han puesto en la freidora. Por mi experiencia, los sitios, que no son totalmente veganos, son una experiencia desastrosa. En Orozco , en la plaza que tienen, pedí una hamburguesa y , a parte que se les quemó por partes, sabía a carne, si en la plancha ponen de todo, es normal, y éso si, cobran su buen dinero.

Alguien sabe dónde se puede comprar calzado vegano en Vitoria-Gasteiz? O algunas marcas fáciles de encontrar? Sobre todo tema bota de mujer de invierno. Gracias, eskerrik asko!
Hola, on line puede pedir en Duuo , están en Barcelona y también lo tienen en calle diputación, en esa zapatería de toda la vida, no recuerdo el nombre.Por otro lado, el calzado sintético, es otra opción en zapaterías de Vitoria.
El Txoko Taberna, restaurante mexicano, tiene varias opciones vegetarianas y veganas: nachos, flautas, sopes, tacos y burritos, enchiladas… Está en Portal de Legutiano, 20

Hoy hemos ido a Don Gabriel, hay uno en Gamarra y otro en Zabalgana, hay Hamburguesa Vegana, cuscús, complementos, arroz con champis, tosta de hummus normal, con pimientos, ensalada quinoa, aros de cebolla, nachos…es del estilo del Donga.
