CRITERIA

The criteria to include sites in this listing would be the following:
1- The site have to offer, at least, some «significant» option for vegans, or some “significant” 100% vegetable food option. Alcoholic beverages are excluded. “Significant” means that it is something elaborate or relavante in the context of the other options offered by this site, or relevant in the context that we move. For example, a site that offers only a plate of olives, or an envelope fries, or an orange juice, or a single coffee, etc., would not be included, even though it is 100% vegetable. But it does seem to me significant, for example, vegetable milk as an alternative to animal milk, or vegetable hamburger as an alternative to animal hamburger, etc.

2- The lists don’t include sites that DO NOT offer something 100% vegetable, although it has many ovo-lacto-api-vegetarian options. It is not a matter of listing with ovo-lacto-api-vegetarian options. Neither is the objective of the listing nor would be practical, because in that case it would be necessary to include all the sites, because of any site has an omelette or cow’s milk. But this information would appear as something complementary to the main information about the 100% vegetable options that it offers.

3- The supply of 100% vegetable food options must start from the site, at the initiative of the site, and not at the request of the consumer. In other words, I do not include those establishments that only prepare 100% vegetable options upon order o request of the consumer (because of any establishment would be able to prepare some salad, another simple thing that we ask, or even a complete menu if we previously have to notify or order. Practically all the establishments should be included. The list would be endless, impractical, and it is not the purpose of this listing).

The data included in both the guides and the maps are: name of the bussines or service, type, options offered, address, telephone number/s, own website/s, and email/s. Addresses to private social network accounts of private companies (Facebook, Instagram, Twiter, and similar) will not be included, and addresses of free social network accounts (Mastodon, Diaspora, and the like) may be included.
